Hiring Dalia for my maternity and newborn photos was without question one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only is her work spectacular but she is wonderful to work with as well. She made me feel very comfortable during my maternity session- in fact, I decided during the session to do several nude photographs because I was so at ease. Dalia was also amazing and patient when photographing my newborn daughter. She is unique, creative, and just phenomenal at what she does. My husband and I were thrilled with the images that she took and we receive constant compliments from friends and family when they see our pictures.
In my past experience with other photographers it is difficult to find even a few shots that I love, but Dalia’s work is so wonderful that she makes it difficult to choose which pictures to order because they are all so great. In fact, we ended up ordering all of the images because we just couldn’t choose our favorites.
I just can’t compliment Dalia enough on her talent and the time and effort that she puts into each and every session. She was very giving of her time and energy to provide us with unique and beautiful photographs to capture an amazing moment in our lives. I highly recommend Dalia- her work is incredible and her prices are very reasonable- particularly for the time, effort and creativity she puts into each session. My only complaint is that she doesn’t do photography for all events because I want to hire her for all my photography needs for the rest of my life!

There are no words that could describe our wonderful experience with Dalia Drulia. She created a flexible, comfortable and inviting atmosphere for me and my family. She was open to suggestions and ideas. She took her time with us and that was very important for us since we have a 5 year old. Her fotos are absolutely beautiful!!! We can not wait for our new bundle of joy to be born so that she could take more pictures. She is the Best!!! I recommend her to anyone and everyone….

We had a maternity session with Dalia and it was an amazing experience. My husband and I decided to go to her house for it since we figured it will be more convenient and all her props and equipment will be available. It was definitely a right decision as we immediately felt welcome and comfortable at her home studio.
Dalia was wonderful – I had some ideas and we were able to use all of them throughout the shoot. As I was a bit nervous at first she quickly made me at ease and the pictures turned our amazing! She has proven methods and angles and I highly recommend a trip to her home for the session – you will not be dissapointed!

She is an amazing talent who has given me unbelievably stunning photographs of my son that I will cherish forever. Whenever I show anyone her photographs they gasp at their beauty and they way she captured my husband and family with the baby. In fact, my profile photo is by Dalia – enjoy!
My husband and I purchased the year-long package, which enabled us to capture our son at three month intervals throughout his first year of life. We are so glad that we did this. He is our first child and it is amazing how quickly he changed with each photo session. Dalia is able to adapt her style for every baby stage and to capture those fleeting perfect moments so effortlessly.
We held the first two photo sessions at my parents’ house in Queens, then in Dalia’s studio. Each time it was a different, fun experience. The first, as a new mother. The next, a mobile baby who could sit up. Then, in the studio, a baby who could crawl as quickly as a cockroach and loved when Daddy hung him upside down for the camera. We cannot wait for our final visit, to capture him now that he can walk.
If you are the mother of a new baby, or are pregnant, the best gift you can give to yourself is a photography session with Dalia Drulia. You will always cherish the precious moments she will capture for you.

I would recommend Dalia to ANYONE. She is professional and provides incredible customer service from the moment you contact her. I was so nervous when i arrived for my shoot but her professionalism and confidence helped me take pictures I never would have dreamed of. My family and friends were blown away with her work. I feel safe saying Dalia has the ability and experience to create memorable, timeless, moments to last a lifetime.
Between my husband and I, our only issue was deciding which pictures to choose and what other events we want Dalia to capture in our lives! There are too many! We wish she could be with us everyday! We will undoubtedly give her business in the future. She’s worth it!

After seeing her work on her website I instantly knew I wanted my first pregnancy photo session with her. My husband and I had a 2 1/2 photo session with her at her home studio- which she made me feel very comfortable at. She was open to my wants, her prices are the most affordable in NYC and she provides proofs of your sessions the same day. She mails out your CD within days of your photo session.
Every time I shared my pics with family and friends-they all react the same way and say the same things-simply incredible work.
We ordered a poster size picture of us (husband and I with baby belly) to hang in our room..and every time we look at it-we cant believe “what an amazing shot” it is. =)
GO DALIA!!! =)
Cant wait to return to her -as soon as my baby is born-for baby photo sessions.

I’ve had my pregnancy photo shoot done a year ago. I’m very surprised that there is only 1 review on Yelp, since Dahlia has lots of rave reviews on Facebook and other sites.
My shoot was terrific! Dahlia is very professional. My husband and I had a great experience. We enjoyed every moment. We have great photos capturing the precious time in our lives. Dahlia made us feel very comfortable, she spent a lot of time with us making sure we got the shots that we wanted.
When my friends and family saw the photos, they were really impressed. I highly recommend Dahlia to anyone. Besides providing excellent shots and experience, Dahlia service is reasonably priced. So you’ll be getting a phenomenal deal.
Dahia also offers newborn photo sessions and I’m very bummed that I didn’t schedule one. But I’m definitely gonna schedule an appointment to photograph my now-1 year old. 🙂

I had my maternity shoot with Dalia December of 2011 and I was completely blown away by her work, attitude and customer service. Yesterday, I took my 4 month old son for his very first photo shoot and yet again, was blown away. Dalia was so gentle with my baby and took her time to make sure she got the best shot. I now have pictures of my baby boy that I will cherish forever. I highly recommend her and will continue to use her throughout the years!!

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review online and it is because I need everyone to know how fantastic Dalia is! I recently took my 6 day old son to get newborn photos taken with Dalia and it was an incredible experience. I had seen maternity and newborn photos taken by Dalia for a friend of mine and knew I wanted to use her myself. Unfortunately I never got around to getting maternity photos taken which I’m still bummed about but I made sure I was able to take my newborn.
After scheduling the session we received an email with tips to make sure the baby and parents are well prepared. We went to her home studio and were made to feel very comfortable. Dalia was so wonderful and patient. She really has a way with babies! I was nervous, being a new parent, that my baby wouldn’t cooperate but it was like magic. Seeing the baby looking so beautiful while she took the pictures I was confident they would come out amazing.
Later that evening we were able to review the proofs and pick the amount of images we wanted to purchase. After emailing her our choices we received our disc in the mail and couldn’t be happier. The hardest part of the whole process really is narrowing down which photos we wanted. They were all so beautiful! I will be returning to get more picture taken as my son grows.

i found Dalia on Facebook after looking for a good maternity photographer for a long time.
i came all the way from Maryland to new york – and it was worth it !!!
she was so nice, so professional and made me and my husband feel very comfortable during the session. after few hours all the photos was already online – and the results are AMAZING.in one word – wow!!!!
i will highly recommend every pregnant woman to do her maternity session with Dalia.
she has a lot of accessories and you can bring your own stuff as well.
she is the best !!!!!

Dalia was truly amazing!!! Our maternity shoot came out fabulous. Dalia has different styles to choose from making your experience one to remember. As first time clients we were extremely satisfied with our maternity shoot experience and will be returning for a newborn shoot as soon as our little girl is born. Having Dalia take our maternity photo shoot and newborn photo shoot was the best idea ever. She is professional, considerate and creative. She really took the time to make sure that our pictures came out great and for our newborn session she really good with our baby. He was calm and ready for his pictures. Overall we loved all of our images they were ready on time and looked amazing. I would recommend dalia for any of my family and friends. For our second child I will definitely have dalia take our pictures again.

Dalia has been more then accommodating and my pictures are always to perfection! I did my maturity and new born session with her in 2013. That was my first time using her and i was extremely happy with the outcome. 2015 my second child i did the same with her and once again her work and patience was highly appreciated! I found Dalia after searching for a photographer through yelp. We came for maternity photos and she made my wife feel so comfortable and relaxed. The final images came out amazing and our friends/family love them. We are definitely returning to take pictures upon our newborns debut. Dalia should definitely be considered if you’re thinking about Maternity/New Born pictures.
I had the pleasure of having my baby girl’s newborn pictures taken by Dalia. She provides comfortable and soothing atmosphere that I believe made my baby feel at ease. I liked that I was able to view photos same day and that had a variety to choose from. I loved my babies photos all came out beautiful. We just had our second maternity shoot with Dalia. This is our second child and we couldn’t wait to have another shoot with her. Once again she exceeded our expectations. This photographer is so special!! Everyone who sees the pictures she took with EACH our kids, is amazed with her shots. Moreover, working with her is just so natural and fun.The photoshoot is a wonderful and memorable experience every time, and the results are priceless. Dalia photographed our little one month old daughter Sofia. It is extremely hard to take pictures of a one month old but Dalia made it look like its nothing. She is extremely hard working and has all the patience in the world. She took all her time and even consoled our baby when she was crying. We are very happy with her service and I highly recommend her specially if you are new clueless parents 🙂
